Return and Refund Policy
PAX SINICA TRADING L.L.C (License No: 1531923), the official legal distributor for Beatbot Global, wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied for any reason, we offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products purchased directly from beatbotme.com or beatbot.ae.
1. Return Period & Eligibility
- 14-Day Window: You have the right to apply for a return within 14 calendar days after the delivery of the product.
- Original Condition: To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, attachments, and undamaged packaging materials.
- Exclusions: This policy applies only to direct purchases made on our official UAE websites. Beatbot monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit or reject returns at our discretion based on validation.
2. Return Conditions
- Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) to complete the return.
- Inspection: Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned products at our designated service center.
3. Refund Scope & Fees
- Full Product Refund: We will refund the original purchase price of the product in full.
- Return Shipping Fees:
- Customer Error/Change of Mind: If the return is initiated for non-defective reasons (e.g., change of mind, accidental order), the customer will bear the return shipping fees and any third-party payment processing or handling charges.
- Beatbot Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/defective products, incorrect product shipped), we will fully cover return shipping fees and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise mutually agreed.
4. Process for Return and Refund
- Request a Refund: Email service@beatbot.com to submit your request. You must include your Proof of Purchase and the SN (Serial Number) code of the product. We will reply within 1 business day.
- Ship Your Product: Once eligibility is confirmed, we will send you a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or return instructions. Send the product to our designated UAE repair service center.
- Notification: After shipping, please email us the name of the shipping company and the tracking number to help us match your return quickly.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will conduct a thorough inspection (typically 1–3 business days).
- Refund Timeline: The refund process takes 3–10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at support@beatbotme.com.
5. Purchase Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: Cancellation is accepted before the product has been shipped.
- 24-Hour Grace Period: For standard products, cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement incur no cancellation fees.
- Post-Shipment: Purchase orders become non-cancelable once the product has been shipped. If the product is already en route, you must follow the return process outlined above.
