At Beatbot Middle East, operated by PAX SINICA TRADING L.L.C, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers across the United Arab Emirates.


1. Shipping Coverage & Rates

  • Coverage: We currently ship exclusively to the United Arab Emirates.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over 1,000 AED qualify for a shipping rate of 100 AED.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders less than 1,000 AED are subject to a shipping fee of 15 AED.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: If the product is in stock, orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.
  • Transit Time: The average delivery transit time is 3–7 business days.
  • Out of Stock Items: In the event an item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
  • Pre-sale Products: Delivery timelines for pre-sale items are subject to the specific arrival time noted at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • Carriers: To ensure the quickest delivery, we partner with multiple reliable carriers.
  • Notifications: Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on the shipping options used.

4. Delivery Instructions & Inspection

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure the name, address, and contact information provided are correct to guarantee successful delivery.
  • Delivery Inspection: Inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the package is damaged or deformed, do not sign for or open it. Contact the Beatbot Support Team immediately at service@beatbot.com.

5. Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once the product is en route. If you need to change the address before shipping has commenced, please contact service@beatbot.com.
  • Customer Errors: If a wrong address is provided and leads to a lost or unrecoverable package, the customer bears the loss; Beatbot will not replace the order or issue a refund.
  • Cancellation Fees: If an order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placement, the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping fees.

Where does Beatbot ship to? Currently, this store serves the United Arab Emirates. While global operations include the US and Canada, our local distribution via PAX SINICA TRADING L.L.C focuses on UAE residents.

Will all my items arrive at the same time? We aim to deliver all items together; however, products may be sent separately depending on availability and shipping options.

What happens if my item is out of stock? If we cannot fulfill your order due to stock availability, we will process a full refund for your purchase.
